Long-term rental
We rent out two furnished single rooms with the following details:
- Shared WC / shower in the corridor
- Rent deposit: One month's rent in cash on arrival
- Minimum rental period: 1 month
- Cleaning: Weekly room cleaning included
- Service charges: electricity, heating and water included in the rent
- Internet: Free WLAN and TV
Rent: Between CHF 1,250 and CHF 2,250 per month (including visitor’s tax and ancillary costs, depending on the season)
Alternatively, we also rent out simple furnished rooms in Büren an der Aare. I am at your disposal for viewings or questions.
